Hiked 12.9 kilometres from Beilen to Hooghalen.
After you start at Beilen, you’ll soon pass the Oranjekanaal. This canal played a significant role in the history of Westerbork camp. Food, building materials, and even planes shot down in the area were delivered to the camp through the Oranjekanaal.
