Veluwe Wander Trail part 12

Hiked part 12/25 of the Veluwe Wander Trail, 17.8 kilometres from Vaassen to Hoog Soeren.

In Vaassen, the centuries-old Cannenburgh castle boasts avenues and a stately park forest. You walk along streams that power water mills and further on you walk through extensive forests, the oldest in the Netherlands. The writing marks of the wild boars can be seen along the unpaved roads.
