Veluwe Wander Trail part 07

Hiked part 7/25 of the Veluwe Wander Trail, 13.1 kilometres from Garderen to Putten centrum.

The Speulder and Sprielderbos still partly consists of the old, communally managed malebos. The forest between Garderen and Putten has been a forest since the Stone Age and there is a mysterious, fairytale atmosphere with crooked oaks and beech trees that are mixed up haphazardly.
