Marskramer Path part 04

Hiked part 4/20 of the Marskramer Path, 21.5 kilometres from Delden to Rijssen.

You walk through the stream valley of the Boven- and Midden-Regge. The word regge means 'he who carries water' and impassable swamps once formed the landscape here. The river is given new opportunities and its natural course is restored: from open sewer to ecological connection zone.
