What is IFCStart?
IFCStart is a process that runs during system startup.
What is IFCStart?
IFCStart handles early system setup tasks. It runs near the start of the boot process to make sure system services are ready before you log in.
When does it run?
IFCStart runs during boot and finishes before you reach the login screen. It is not a daemon that keeps running. It does its startup work and exits.
Does it slow down boot?
It runs briefly as part of the normal boot sequence. You would not notice it among the many processes that start during boot.
Should you worry?
No. It is a normal macOS startup process.
