How is it different from findmymac?

findmymac reports your Mac's own location and carries out remote commands (lock, erase, play sound). findmydeviced gathers location data from all your devices and shows it in the Find My app on your Mac.

Should you worry?

No. It is a normal iCloud service that powers the Find My app on your Mac.
