Milestone - Weight: sub 100 kg (again)
Today, my weight is below 100 kg again, at exactly 99.5 kg. You ask why I say again? In April, I weighed 85 kg. Then I started a new project at work, which began in chaos and stressed me a lot. The stress caused me to lose discipline. I stopped eating healthy food and no longer hiked each weekend. I began to eat carbohydrates again, and before I knew it, I weighed 105 kg.
It took me four months to find the stress triggers and deal with the causes. In those four months, I gained 20 kilograms bit by bit.
I am happy to lose weight again this month. It began with a challenge where two colleagues and I tested how long we could fast. They lasted 72 hours, but I reached the 100 hours mark we set in advance. This did a reset of my body. After that, I ate clean food again, with few carbohydrates and lots of fats and proteins.
Now that I know the triggers for stress and losing discipline, I think about ways to build an early warning system. Maybe very simply just the scale.
