Swift.org Website is Now Open Source
The Swift.org site has long served as the hub where developers come together to work on the open source Swift compiler, libraries, and tools. Today, we are happy to announce that the Swift.org website itself is also an open source project, ready for community contributions. With this move, the website is also expanding its mandate to better support the entire community of Swift users, not just contributors.

The Swift.org website is now an open-source project, welcoming community contributions to enhance its role as a hub for all Swift users, not just contributors.
A new Swift Website Workgroup (SWWG) will guide its evolution, focusing on welcoming newcomers, providing clear documentation, announcing updates, and fostering community interaction. Anyone can contribute via pull requests, with the SWWG managing reviews and strategy, and nominations are open for 5–10 volunteers to join the workgroup through the Swift forums.
The site hosts varied content, but some, like The Swift Programming Language book, follows separate processes, though plans exist to make it open-source using Swift-DocC. Blog posts can be proposed via the forums, with minor fixes welcome, but significant changes to older posts are discouraged.
